Color by color, style after style, the artist
brushes the link from the past to the future.
Negative by negative, roll after roll,
the photographer records a vision of the present.
Scene by scene, movie after movie,
the director explores the limits of probability.
Field by field, the creator uses old tools and
techniques to make the world look new.
