Balance
Balance
The circus man on the
flying trapeze says in a
commercial his investments
are a question of balance.
Dad said it was time for
the tires on the car to get
rotated and balanced.
He also said to another
guy in line the time
he works and the time he
stays home is a question
of balance.
And Mom gets mad when
she has to balance the
checkbook and the bills.
I don’t understand.
Mom says I need to have
balanced meals or I won’t
grow up big and strong.
That makes sense.
All I know about balance
is, if I lose it,
I fall off my bike.
