Worlds Collide
In the infinite cosmos of space,
matter moves in a vacuum
with gravity as the only force which
causes orbits around suns,
stars to turn into black holes or explode into supernovas,
and planets and parts to wander unattached.
Nothing ever stays the same.
I look through my eyes only,
and I see these worlds collide and new planets
created as I walk down the street crowded with car lights,
and people wandering in the shadows.
The colors are amazing with bright reds, green, yellows
and blues against the blackness of the space in the night.
