Cheaper to Keep Her

I think it’s cheaper to keep her,
And she loves me always.
It will cost more to leave her
If my heart goes astray.
I’ll do the best thing; I’ll buy a ring,
And ask her to marry me.
Who knows what the future will bring,
We’ll live each day happily.
When we’re old and my hair turns gray,
We’ll have a big family.
We’ll have a big house for all to live
in the peace of the country.
