Silent as the Spy

Like a spy being questioned,
you keep the secret to yourself,
and all the air of your secret
will pop like a balloon if
you break your silence.

Then, despite all promises,
your secret will blow into
the wind until everyone knows,
and you will have to pay
the price for that knowledge.

The only other cost will be
the sanity you will lose
to keep silent as the spy.
