Spring Sprout

A small bug is easily seen against the bright yellow petals of this wildflower that inches up from the layers of winter leaves at John H. Holliday Park in Indianapolis, IN on April 10, 2014.  All this is a sign of the promise of spring after one of the coldest winters on record for Central Indiana.
